The Network Steering Committee

The Network will be co-ordinated by Marco Becht of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). Professor Becht will be assisted in his management of the network by a Network Steering Committee, which he will chair, consisting of the Scientists-in-Charge of each team (Team Leaders). Responsibilities of the Steering Committee include:

Ensuring effective communication across the participating institutions
Monitoring the network’s progress in achieving its objectives (in particular the training programme)
Facilitating the integration of less-experienced teams and team members
Making various on recruitment, training, networking and transfer of knowledge activities
Preparing the network’s Mid-Term Review (co-ordinated by CEPR staff).

Steering Committee meetings are anticipated to coincide with network events (e.g. summer symposia), but may be held on a more ad-hoc basis if required by developments in the network.
