The GCGC is an Association sans but lucratif (a non-profit association) in accordance with the Belgian Law of 27 June 1921, granting legal personality to non-profit associations and establishments of public utility, as amended.  A copy of the GCGC's Founding Articles that were registered on 13 January 2014 are available on this website in French.

The GCGC has its registered office in Belgium at the Royal Academy of Belgium, Palais des Academies, 1 rue Ducale, 1000 Brussels.
