Biography    
Before joining Cabernet Finance, Martin Kacer served as an assistant director of Erste Corporate Finance, the member of the Erste group. He established his own logistic company GO4 and was involved in financial restructuring projects especially health sector. He also worked more than 5 years for CA IB Financial Advisors, in the corporate finance department of the Investment Bank of the HVB Group.

Experiences: 12 years of experience in the investment banking and private equity in emerging market of Central Europe. He was involved in numerous privatization, merger and acquisition transactions in sectors such energy, health, paper and packaging, logistic, information technology and food.

Languages: English, Czech, Russian and German, Slovak (native)

Education: Martin received his degree in finance from the National Economy Faculty of the University of Economics in Bratislava.
