Abe de Jong is Professor of Corporate Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He has a PhD in Economics from the University of Tilburg (1999). His research interests are in the area of empirical corporate finance and include governance, capital structure choice and dividend policies.
