Biography    
Angelo Miglietta was born in 1961. In 1980 he gained his Liceo scientifico “Palli” Casale Monferrato, Italy (Scientific High School Diploma). In 1985 he obtained a degree in Economics and Business Administration (with honours) from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy and from the Istituto Tecnico “L. da Vinci”,Alessandria, Italy an Accounting High School Diploma. He gained a degree, specialising in “Marketing management program: a strategic perspective”, from Stanford University Palo Alto, California, USA in 1993.

In his academic career he has been Assistant professor at Bocconi University for General Management and Finance (1985); Professor of Corporate Finance at Bergamo State University (1988); Professor of Corporate Finance at Bocconi University (1990); Researcher at Catholic University of Milan for General Management (1992); Professor of General Management and Corporate Finance at Catholic University (1996); Professor of International Marketing in Piemonte State University (1997); Associate Professor of General Management (1997); Professor of General Management at Bergamo State University (2002) and Professor at Torino State University (2006).

His professional experience includes financial consultant for extraordinary finance operations in COMOI Group; Assistant in Studio Guatri for Evaluation of Firms; Consultant in Finance and Taxes in his own professional office; Official consultant for Milan Court in field of finance and economics; Member of the Board of Cariplo Foundation; Consultant for Milan Municipality for privatisations; Legal Accounter registered in Italian Official Register; Secretary for Finance and Taxes in the Municipality of Casale Monferrato; Member of Executive Board of Cariplo Foundation; Legal controller in IMI Bank; Official consultant for Monza Court; Advisor to the Cariplo Foundation in the reorganisation of its assets; Advisor of Cariplo Foundation for the joint venture with Banca Intesa; Advisor of Pirelli Group for the reorganisation of the holding system; Legal controller in SanPaoloImi Bank.

Angelo Miglietta is also the author and co-author of miscellaneous reports and publications on management.
