Online application to join
To join the Institute as an individual
ordinary or academic member or on behalf of an institution,
please select the type of membership you wish to apply for and
then complete the appropriate Online Membership Application
Form. Click here for a description
of the different types on membership.
For individual applications, there is a secure
online facility for paying the membership subscription.
Institutions may also like to use this facility. Those applying
on behalf of an institution, however, also have the option to
request an invoice for payment.
All applications will be scrutinised by the
Institute's Membership
Committee. In the event that this Committee denies membership
to an applicant who has already paid a subscription online, it
will be refunded immediately.
The membership fee covers a period of a year
from the date at which the membership subscription payment is
received.
