Paul Saffert assumed
over all project leadership for the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley
at Allianz AG on January 1, 2004. Previously he held a number
of positions at various Allianz North American affiliates,
most recently CFO for North American operations.
He has a B.S: from the College
of St. Thomas (1967) and a J.D. from William Mitchell College
of Law (1971). He is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association
and the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy-Inactive Certificate
